• Transaction & Inventory Data: We process and store data related to your daily sales, receipts (X-Readings, Z-Readings), inventory levels, and product catalogs in our secure cloud.
• Employee & Biometric Data: If you utilize our Face Recognition Attendance System, we capture and securely process facial geometric data strictly for verifying staff identity and computing working hours. This biometric data is never sold, shared, or used for marketing.
• Customer Loyalty Data: If you use our Rewards System, we store the names, contact numbers, and purchase histories of your enrolled customers to accurately calculate and issue reward points.
• Usage & Device Data: We log standard diagnostic data, device IDs, and IP addresses when you access our cloud portal or sync mobile applications to maintain security and improve app performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

We strictly use your collected information to empower your business operations:

• To provide, maintain, and synchronize your Cloud POS services in real-time.
• To generate accurate, BIR-compliant financial reports (X-Reading, Z-Reading, Sales Summaries).
• To operate your dedicated Online Ordering App and route orders to your kitchen.
• To process attendance and compute staff working duration.
• To facilitate third-party integrations you authorize, such as QRPh payment processing.
• To provide customer support and notify you of critical software updates.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your business, employee, or customer data to third parties. We only share information under the following strict conditions:

• Service Providers: We use secure, enterprise-grade cloud hosting providers to store your data safely.
• Payment Gateways: Transaction data is securely shared with payment processors only when you explicitly utilize integrated digital payments (e.g., QRPh, Card/Wallet terminals).
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by Philippine law, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or valid legal processes.
